Which countries does Vuori ship to?
Vuori is regularly adding new countries to our distribution. We currently ship to the following countries outside of the United States:
- Australia
- Canada
- France
- Germany
- Hong Kong
- Ireland
- Mexico
- Netherlands
- Singapore
- United Arab Emirates
- United Kingdom
How long do orders usually take to ship?
As soon as you make a Vuori purchase, our fulfillment center immediately processes your order to get your gear delivered on time. Ground orders can take up to 3-4 business days to be packed and shipped. Once shipped, ground shipments can take as little as 4-5 business days to destinations within California and up to 5-10 business days to locations on the East Coast.
Express shipments and Fastest shipments must be placed by 9 am Pacific Time to be processed on the same business day. If the order is placed after 9 am PST or on a holiday or weekend it will ship out the next business day.
For Express shipments, the shipping timeframe is 2-3 business days from the shipment date. US Federal Holidays do not count towards the shipping timeframe, please take this into consideration when placing your order near an upcoming holiday.
For Fastest shipments, the shipping timeframe is 1-2 business days from the shipment date. US Federal Holidays do not count towards the shipping timeframe, please take this into consideration when placing your order near an upcoming holiday.
We know that shipping times are important to our customers, so we are constantly working to improve the speed at which our gear makes it to your front door.
*Military Addresses and PO Boxes do not fall under expedited shipping and will ship with USPS ground
What type of mail carriers do you ship with?
We ship with two carriers to anywhere in the United States: USPS & UPS. The carrier is dependent on the location of the shipping address and the type of shipping chosen at checkout.
Ground orders generally ship with USPS, however, this is not always the case, especially if the order is being shipped to a location outside of California.
Shipping Costs

Ground Shipping $6 or free for orders over $75 – Arrives in 5-10 business days (Ships via USPS or UPS)
- Express Shipping $12 – Arrives in 3-4 business days (Ships via UPS)
- Fastest Shipping $30 – Arrives in 1-2 business days (Ships via UPS)
Expedited shipping is available most days, but may not be available around busy holidays.
Express orders generally ship with UPS.

If your package must ship with a specific carrier in order to be delivered, please email us at support@vuori.com prior to placing your order. We will do our best to make that change for you.
Having trouble with the tracking number?
Once you receive your tracking email please allow 24 hours for carrier updates to occur. Reach out to support@vuori.com for further assistance.

Missing Items
If you are missing an item from your order, please check your shipping confirmation email. The item may have gone out of stock between the time the order was placed and when the order shipped. If this is the case, it will be noted on your shipping confirmation email and you will not be charged for the missing item.

Free Shipping
We are happy to offer free ground shipping on US orders over $75. As with all great things, there is some fine print: your order must total $75 before taxes and after any discounts. Occasionally we may run other shipping promotions throughout the year.
Please note that most carriers do not deliver or transport on major holidays, this may cause a delay in your package delivery.
